1. Oversee a plan of ministry to middle and high school aged students. 2. Develop student leadership 3. Recruit, develop, train, and build a team of adult volunteers. 4. Collaborate with the staff of Crossroads to fulfill the overall mission and vision of the church.
Application Requirements:
4 year degree from an accredited Bible College/University is required, with preference given to a Bible College/University within the Restoration Movement. Exceptions could be considered if one already has experience as a full time student pastor.
