The primary role is to create and implement a strategy to reach the next generations, recruit and resource a staff of volunteers, and partner with families to disciple kids to love God and their neighbors.
Application Requirements:
4-year degree preferred, experience in Children's Ministry in a high-capacity volunteer role or paid position, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work productively without direct supervision, and ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff.

Rainier View Christian Church is a non-denominational church identified with the Restoration Movement. Our visit is to see every neighborhood in Pierce County engaged by believers and transformed by Jesus. We do this by daily providing opportunities to pursue God, engage in community, and make a difference. We are a multi-site church meeting in two Washington locations- Parkside and Graham, and at our Online Campus.
